In October, the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) posted information about a pharmaceutical company out of Arkansas that voluntarily announced a product recall of 11 different injectable products. At the time of the notice, the drug company disclosed no known reports of adverse events associated with the recalled injectable drugs, but is advising consumers to immediately stop using the products.
