Last month, Health Canada posted information about the recall of a brand of the amino acid known as L-theanine. The recall to end users involves one lot of the supplements packaged in 250 mg capsules.
According to the recall notice:
The total aerobic microbial count and total yeast and mold count are out of specification in the affected lot.
